Our COVID-19 Policies

The health and wellbeing of our clients and staff is of the utmost importance to Guardian Screens & Shutters.

We are taking extra precautions to ensure the safety of our customers and team during this time.

We are happy to provide you with a quotation remotely if you are able to please forward the approximate size of your doors and windows plus photographs so we can provide an initial quote based on this information. 

We are always available over the phone on 07 3808 1308 if you have any questions or require further information. 

If you choose to go ahead or would like to view product samples, we will be able to arrange a site visit.

When we do come out for a site visit, all staff are now taking additional steps to ensure high hygiene standards. 

  • All staff are equipped with hand sanitiser and have been instructed to clean the product samples and their hands before and after each client visit.
  • All staff have been advised to adhere to social distancing guidelines and non-contact with customers.
  • If any of our staff have any signs of illness (even minor), they will not be permitted to visit our clients for a consultation.

Our installation team is fully operational and continues to service our clients in line with the above practices. We value your business and thank you for your understanding.
